This takes about 3 minutes. There are no wrong answers.
Pick any that fit. This helps us shape the program around your food, language and culture.
Your health and goals
First, two quick questions about today. We'll ask again at the end to see how far you've come.
How a week works
About 3 hours a week, in three 1-hour parts. Tap the heart on the parts you're most excited about.
Runs Oct 2026 to Jan 2027 (weeks 1 to 10, a 4-week Christmas break, then weeks 11 to 12). Apart from Sunday mornings, exact times are being finalised, so tell us when you're free below.
Sunday morning is the learning session for everyone, so please tick a Sunday morning slot if you can.
The cost, and a small commitment
That's about $4 a week. The program is worth around $420 per person. A Maroondah City Council grant and our partners (EACH, a leading surgeon, a dietitian, a personal trainer and more) cover the rest. If $50 is hard right now, just tell us. Cost should never stop you joining.
Ready to apply?
You're applying for one of 50 places. We offer places by a simple selection, so applying early and telling us why both help.
Remember: the program depends on council funding we've applied for, and your place isn't confirmed yet.
Thank you, we've got it.
You're now on the list for one of 50 places in MIC's Wellbeing Initiative. Keep an eye on your phone or email.
